Terms of Service
Effective date: August 9, 2026
1. Operator
TKToTell is developed and operated by Abdullah Alghamdi, an individual developer. These Terms govern your use of the TKToTell desktop application and the associated purchase and licensing services.
2. The product and license
TKToTell is a native Windows desktop application that monitors Outlook folders you select and sends notifications to Telegram. A completed purchase grants a perpetual license to use TKToTell - a one-time payment, not a subscription, with no recurring charge.
TKToTell includes a 14-day free evaluation period, starting automatically the first time you run the application, so that you can evaluate it before purchasing.
3. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, you may install and use TKToTell for your own personal or business purposes, on devices you control.
4. Restrictions
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
- redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease TKToTell or any license key without prior written permission;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble TKToTell, except and only to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- share a license key with, or use it on behalf of, anyone other than the original purchaser without permission;
- use TKToTell for any unlawful purpose or in a way that abuses, disrupts, or attempts unauthorized access to any related service.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own Microsoft Outlook installation and mail account, for the Telegram bot and chat(s) you configure, for the network access TKToTell requires to reach Telegram and this project's own update and licensing services, for keeping any account credentials and license key confidential, and for using TKToTell in compliance with applicable law and with Microsoft's and Telegram's own terms.
6. Third-party services
TKToTell interacts with Microsoft Outlook and the Telegram Bot API using credentials you provide, and purchases may be processed by PayPal or, where available, Paddle. Each of these services has its own separate terms and privacy practices, which are not part of these Terms and are not controlled by TKToTell.
7. Availability, updates, and compatibility
TKToTell is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, compatibility, and system requirements may change between versions. TKToTell is provided without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including as to uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every Outlook or Windows configuration.
8. Termination and license revocation
A license may be revoked, and continued use is no longer authorized, in the case of a material breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or where an applicable refund has been approved and processed. This does not otherwise limit any right you have under applicable law.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that applicable law makes mandatory and that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded by agreement.
