TKToTell

TKToTell is a native Windows desktop application that monitors selected Microsoft Outlook folders and sends real-time notifications to Telegram when new mail arrives.

It runs quietly in the background, supports per-folder notification rules, and keeps your credentials encrypted on your own machine.

What it does

Monitors one or more Outlook folders for new mail and forwards a notification to Telegram via your own bot.
Notification Rules let you filter or route notifications per folder based on subject/sender conditions, with per-rule recipient overrides and custom titles.
Supports multiple Telegram recipients per profile, each independently enabled or disabled.
Multiple named profiles, each with its own Outlook folders, provider settings, and rules.
Optional password-protected Token Vault for storing multiple Telegram bot tokens.
Optional "Launch at Windows startup."

Requirements

Windows: Windows 10 (64-bit) or later
Outlook: Microsoft Outlook (Classic, desktop) installed and configured with at least one mail account.
Telegram: a Telegram account and a bot created via @BotFather.
