Refund Policy

Effective date: August 9, 2026

TKToTell provides a 14-day free trial so that customers can evaluate the software before purchasing. Because the product can be evaluated before purchase and a perpetual license is delivered after payment, completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right required by applicable law. Paddle or another applicable payment provider may approve a refund under its own terms and policies. If a refund is approved, the related TKToTell license may be revoked and continued use is no longer authorized.

Requesting help with a refund

If you purchased through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record for that transaction - use your Paddle receipt or Paddle's own support channels to request a refund.

If you purchased through PayPal, contact abdullah.alghamdi.dev@outlook.com with your purchase details.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval - each request is reviewed on its own terms by the applicable payment provider. This policy does not state that refunds are never available, and the 14-day software trial does not replace any statutory withdrawal right you may have under applicable law.
